Sorting out plans and applications is easier when you have clear guidance from the start. We work around your property requirements, helping you understand what is needed before progressing with your project.
Full measured surveys include existing architectural plans and elevations. We also provide design drawings for new extensions, with tailored support for projects involving multiple additions. Structural engineering details can also be arranged where required.

Our planning drawing packages for rear extensions cover the plans, elevations, and relevant internal and external details needed to present your proposal clearly.
If your project needs a householder planning permission application, we can guide you through the process and help prepare the required information. If permitted development is more suitable, we can also guide you on a Certificate of Lawful Development for either a proposed extension or a retrospective structure.
