Hutchinson Design & Planning Services

Hutchinson Design & Planning is the concept of Gary Hutchinson.

Gary was part of the family team who, back in 1990, set up and ran the very successful building company Brian Kendall Building Services Ltd which operated throughout the Central and South London areas. During the early years with BKBs Gary attended Croydon Technical College and achieved qualifications with The Chartered Institute of Building, CIOB and The National Institute of Construction Management, ICM.

With the changes of management within BKBs Gary was the one constant in the company and initiated the design & planning concept within the company leading to the very successful in-house Design & Build status that BKBs boasted since 2003.

The design aspects of Hutchinson Design & Planning are now used by many other local builders and developers wishing to extend their capabilities to include bespoke Design &Build packages.
